  5.   This is a minor update version.  Corrected code to open LASTCALL.BBS
  6.   in Read/Write_DenyNode mode.  This should (I hope) eliminate the
  7.   problem folks have had with RALCED "not" updating the lastcall file
  8.   with deletions.
  9.  
  10.   I feel this happened because RA may have been trying to access the file
  11.   or had it opened when running in another DOS window.
  12.  
  13.   Please advise.

  16.   I can be reached in the Fidonet RA_UTIL echo, and also via routed
  17.   netmail to 1:215/710   (HUB is 1:215/400)
